We want you to love your VitaWalk vest. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.
What's covered:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn beyond trying on)
- All weight options and sizes are eligible
How to return:
- Email us at support@vitawalk.com with your order number and reason
- We'll send you a return shipping label within 24 hours
- Drop off your package at any shipping location
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your item
Exchanges:
Want a different weight? We'll exchange your vest for free — just let us know in your return email.
Damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
